Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce myself as a certified Feldenkrais teacher and founder of Feldenkrais Manhattan Teacher Training. Through our program, we’re dedicated to helping individuals discover a new sense of ease and awareness in their movement. What is the Feldenkrais Method?
